Late Arrivals

Forgotten Items

Arriving late to an appointment may unfortunatly result in a reduced duration of your appointment out of courtesy for our nect client.

Please inform us of a cancellations at least 48 hours before your appointment, so as to to give us time to book other clients in.

Please make sure you have not forgotten any of your belongings behind after your appointment. We regrettably can not take any responsiblity for forgotten goods at Julia's Day Spa. If any items are found, we will retain them for at least 6 weeks.
